Soulful Metaphysics No-Refund Policy
At Soulful Metaphysics, every product and service we offer is crafted with deep intention, spiritual integrity, and personalized care. Because of the sacred nature of our work including custom spells, energetic rituals, and metaphysical products all sales are final.
Once a spell has been cast, energy has been directed, or a product has been opened, we are unable to reverse the process or issue a refund. Each item and service is unique, and the energy invested cannot be reclaimed once the work has begun.
Non-Refundable Items
- Custom & Pre-Cast Spells: All spellwork is tailored to the individual client and begins immediately once the ritual preparation starts. Because this work is energetically specific and cannot be undone, no refunds or cancellations are available once a spell is cast.
- Opened Spiritual Products: For safety, sanitary, and energetic reasons, any opened or partially used items such as herbs, oils, candles, or other ritual tools are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Exceptions — Damaged or Defective Items
We take every measure to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, if your order is damaged or defective upon arrival, we are happy to help.

- Include your order number, a photo of the damaged item, and a brief description of the issue.
If approved, we will provide a replacement for the damaged item or offer store credit where applicable.
